There are a number of reasons why you should become a Swivel Accredited partner but one of the main reasons is that you will know that you are offering your customers an award winning multi-factor authentication solution that will not only protect their business today but also well in to the future.

At Swivel Secure we also believe the key to healthy business relationships and continued sales growth is the relationship between our partners and their customers. Which is why the Swivel Secure Partner Program has been designed to ensure all Swivel’s accredited partners are trained to provide optimal sales and support to Swivel’s customers.

The training we provide enables our partners to maximize additional revenue streams by providing them with in-depth product knowledge to enable them to deliver professional services to their Swivel customers.

In addition to the benefits outlined in the below table, accredited partners will have access to the Swivel Secure Partner portal.  The portal provides 24-7 online access to sales, marketing and technical tools to help our partners effectively drive Swivel sales and increase their revenue.

REQUIREMENTS AND BENEFITS

The Swivel Partner Program is tailored to meet the needs of our customers. Our partnership levels offer different benefits across Sales, Marketing and Technical Resource Centers.

The sales area is dedicated to providing you with the tools to open doors. The marketing area provides tools for easy and seamless marketing into your customer base and the technical area ensure you are always kept up to date with the latest technology advances.

Accredited partners have access to beneficial pricing dependent on their partner accreditation status.

  • Premier partner – Offers 1st and 2nd Level support (Meets revenue threshold for their region per quarter)
  • Accredited partner – Offers 1st and 2nd Level support (Meets revenue threshold for their region per quarter)
  • Non-Accredited Resellers – Will be required to purchase support via their approved distribution partner.

All partners are required to attend sales and technical training on a yearly basis in order to maintain their accreditation status.

All accredited partner levels will be required to sign a Swivel partner agreement.
