Please follow the below steps to provision a user using the new Aegis Mobile Shield One Android app.
Provide your Site ID
If you do not have a support ticket raised with us already, please provide us with the Site ID from your Server -> Name screen so that we can replicate your Site ID settings to work with the new app:

Install the app from Google Play Store
Once your Aegis Site ID is established in the previous step, users can then provision as before. Navigate to Google Play Store and search for “Aegis Mobile Shield One“:
Generate a provision code for your user
Click the App Provision button, on the user in User Administration, to generate an App Provision email as usual.
Scan the resultant QR code in the Aegis Mobile Shield One app to complete the provision process.
Existing AC Mobile app users
Please note that existing provisioned users on the AuthControl Mobile Sentry or AC Mobile Sentry Android apps will be able to continue with their existing app provision unaffected. However, if the app was uninstalled, please use the Aegis Mobile Shield One Android app.
