24th February 2021, Swivel Secure Ltd, a leading authentication solutions provider, today announced Alex Rocha’s appointment as Chief Operating Officer (COO). Alex will lead product, marketing, sales, and customer success to help Swivel Secure accelerate growth.
In his previous role as Chief Revenue Officer at Swivel Secure, Alex launched the company’s MSP product and drove the company’s EMEA and AsiaPac growth strategy. Alex has previously held other Senior Executive positions at high-growth companies like Deloitte and Altran, helping them achieve billion-dollar valuations by disrupting mature technology markets such as cybersecurity software and consulting services.
Alex has an eMBA from ESIC Business & Marketing School in Madrid and a degree in IT from the Institudo Superior Tecnico in Lisbon. Within the Cybersecurity space, he has attained CompTIA Security+, CISSP from (ISC)² and IRAM2 and from ISF and from MIT Sloan, he has a bachelor’s degree in strategy. Utilising his vast technical knowledge, he leverages his sales skills to improve and redesign strategies from SoHo to Enterprise in the IT market. Having lived and worked in 4 countries, he is fluent in 4 languages and is an innovation enthusiast.
